All of my downloads are gone after using Hshop

Hello! I recently was trying to download some Pokemon games on the Hshop (Pokemon crystal) but it said something about an error and then my system crashed saying I “Removed my SD card” and now ALL MY DOWNLOADED GAMES ARE GONE. I still have stuff like my photos and Badges but all my Homebrew and Downloaded games have disappeared. What should I Do!!!
