Camp vs off camp

Hey everyone just wondering, while u guys are in fight camp versus not in camp how does your cardio outside of actual sport specific gym sessions change? Like do u do all steady state off camp and then add sprints once u take a fight? Do u do both year round? How much in and out ? Thanks

Hey everyone just curious. Anyone else really short for there weight class? I’ve always been the shorter guy (5’9 fought at 190-200) had some things happen and couldn’t be as active for a while and gained weight. That period has passed but for some reason I still can’t lose it it seems and am fighting in about 4 weeks (same day weigh in) I’m considering fighting in my natural weight division (225 light heavyweight for this show) I know I’ll be the shorter fighter like I said I always have been. I guess the point of this was to get opinions and see if anybody has an idea. As to exactly how much shorter I should expect to be lol

What would u suggest for steady state sessions, 3-4 30 min sessions or 3-4 45 min sessions? For context I do 60 mins of kickboxing 3-4 times a week and resistance training 2 times, just calisthenics and resistance bands. I’m going to use my stationary bike for cardio which I’ve been doing 3x30 mins I’m just not sure if maybe I should be doing more
