So the Hotdog Dachshund CAN reduce CD but not in the way you think. The ember mutation timer doesn’t reduce BUT does fire its ability around when 4:15 left of my rbh fire wisp. With non-rbh pets the wisp will fire but probably when there’s about 6.5 min left. I haven’t tested this but Whalebound could possibly make this even faster.

Here’s my setup:

15s pea
2 griffin (1rbh)
Lion(ness)
Rbh dachshund

Wait for pets to sync and remove the pea then add:

2 fff’s
Fire wisp
Target pet

The fire wisp can hit itself for the ember mutation. Using a small and med toy brings the passive up to 9.92%
