Got a letter stating I wasn’t accepted at this time but my application will remain on file and I will be notified if a position opens until the application process is reopened again. should I get my hopes up about a position opening or start applying non union? I don’t know if it’s right to wait all year until the opportunity to apply comes back around again.

Does anybody have a good example of a resume for someone with no experience. I have retail experience but that’s it. No electrical experience. I wanna trailer my resume so it still stands out.
I want to join the reserves, I am also on the path to become a union electrician apprentice , is that going to interfere with each other? I have heard that the reserves can interfere with civilian life quite a bit. they can hold you longer and things like that. I dont know if its worth it to try and do both or wait.
I’m scared I just bombed my interview. I don’t know what to think it was so laid back. I was prepared for a bunch of questions and they barely asked me any. Instead they asked me if I had questions for them. My interview was scheduled and they took me 2 hours late. It felt so short, I’m a female I don’t know if they just weren’t impressed by me but I’m worried
