The inimitable Mr. Magoo

Seriously. He’s 80 something and he wasn’t this strong at 20 something.

A victim of circus pants.

Seriously, would you follow this guy? Playing the ultimate goon, it’s really funny to see how nobody really speaks, especially these extras, because they would get paid more money if they say one word.

There are many scenes in episodes of Columbo where the voices are dubbed in, including just before this particular scene when Columbo goes to get a hotdog. The woman behind him asks for a hotdog, but it sounds like some guy dubbing the voice in. It’s hard to miss.

HMM Town Hall just wrapped up

Hold onto your hats, it’s gonna be another wild ride. This time with the FCR. Apparently, he wants to hold onto enough money in the trust to possibly pay 11,000+ future claimants. And, according to this jerk, they could keep coming forward until 2070, which is how long he’d like to hold his paid position.

Our attorneys are arguing that there might be 300 to 500 possible future claimants, so we are miles apart from any sort of a settlement or agreement between these two. And the FCR does not approve of the judges ruling, whenever that happens, he’s just going to appeal. And we all know that process can take years i.e. The Lujan claimants.

I’m not gonna hem and haw, the system is broken, and I need to get on with my life.

What a shit show.

r.e. The US Trustee’s filing with Judge Houser regarding transparency.

Why does it seem like the survivors are doing most of the legwork that brought about this legal action against the Scout Settlement Trustee? Where are the overpaid attorneys voicing their concerns on behalf of the clients?

I hear a lot more from fellow victims than I do from the law firms representing us. These crooks have a lot more at their disposal as far as capital and familiarity with the Law than all of us combined. Their voices should be the loudest.

The outrage manifested in these support groups is warranted. I just wanted to express my thanks to those survivors who kept at it, and are still keeping at it, inundating the trust and their attorneys with righteous indignation over the shadowy practices of these organizations.

Greed. It’s how all these people function. It’s why they get up in the morning, why they smile all the way to the bank. Our desire to be paid in full for our allowable claim is NOT greed. It’s justice.

I’m going to take five minutes out of each day to write a letter, make a phone call, or send an email to any and all of the parties involved in the distribution of damages to survivors and their families. I admit, up until this point I’ve been sitting back and letting everybody else do the work.

Thank you for inspiring me to toss my hat into the ring.
