I really appreciate all the insights shared in this group it’s been an incredible resource for our organization as we navigate our tech stack.

I’m reaching out to see if anyone here has experience working with Cerena Solutions or Faith Cerena?

We engaged them as an implementation partner but we’ve run into significant issues with how our instance was configured.

Despite presenting themselves as experts the delivery has felt very entry level and has left our setup inefficient and difficult to manage
