Continue watching shows only last movie/show.

I'm running nuvio on android TV. Version 0.7.4-beta. And while I watch and leave multiple shows in between, it, only shows the last movie/TV show that I that I was watching on continue watching.

How can I install extensions on windows version?

I don't see any extension/addon/source option on the windows app.
