Shay has apparently given away Luke, her and Tanner’s dog. At least she gave him to Tanner’s parents, but it’s still awful and solidified Shay’s life makeover. She wants to get rid of anything that reminds her of Tanner

It’s so obvious at this point
It’s very obvious she got remarried because why would her parents move to Arizona? Presumably her mom is taking care of the baby so that’s why.
