Tiny Kitchen Help
Ok so - currently renting this place. The Kitchen is tiny, we thought we would only be there for a year but we have renewed the lease so I need to tackle the area. I don’t think it would be as much of an issue if the flooring beside it was carpet.
This is a two bed: there’s 3 people living here.
We only have two outlets - by the fridge, & where we keep the microwave.
The cupboard above the fridge is a boiler doesn’t fit more than some tupaware
The 3 drawers: cutlery, plates, pots and pans.
The 4 cupboards up top: myself and my partners things, the air fryer & dry food, my flatmates things, glasses. (done in order left to right)
In the cupboard under the sink, we store cleaning supplies
Basically my flat mate is moving out and we want to sublet the other room to a new person, ideally before they move in we want to organise things better so it’s got more space - i’m not sure if it’s a case of more “communal” ie we all share the cupboards, one for spices, one for pasta, one for whatever etc.
I know there’s some storage things we could get from ikea to clip under the shelfs or maybe we just need to move the drying rack? it was put there because my flatmate would then put dishes on the table to dry lol
Open to any ideas or help at all please and thank you!!
Note: i’m using an empty kitchen photo because i’m going to start from zero
