What has been your experience with self-hosted Business continuity or Zscaler hosted solutions. My company for regulatory reasons is looking into getting it. It seems like BS since its at minimum $100,000/year to ensure your policies stay in place if Zscaler Cloud goes down. Anyway, how has it worked for you? Do you even notice it? How often does it kick on? Why did you go Business continuity route and not the "free" DR route?

I am a US Citizen and will be moving to China because my wife wants our kids to be educated in China.

I am interested in working in an international school, so my kids could attend one.

I have a 4 year undergrad degree, 120-hour TEFL from TEFL UK and 2.5+ years experience in teaching.

What else can I do to be successful at getting a TEFL teaching job at an international school? I've looked at iQTS and iPGCE, getting a Washington D.C. Teaching License or perhaps even getting a graduate degree online from a university in teaching.

Anything I am missing or am I going down the wrong path? Thank you.
