Enjoying MJ so far

4 weeks tomorrow and going to take my 5th dose from my first pen then.

Just went to order my next (5mg) pen from a new pharmacy (it will be 5.5 weeks since my original order) and had to upload new pictures for them - I don't look any different yet and my crappy scales say anything between 8 and 14 lbs lost, but the pictures I sent have me with a big grin rather than looking on the verge of tears like last time!

I've had some mild tummy issues both ways but easily fixed, and I'm moseying along happily, counting calories a bit and making sure of fibre and protein but not obsessing.

I plan to stay on 2.5 to start with on my new pen, unless and until it seems time to move up.

If its 8lbs so far - awesome. If more - even better!!

Question re: sugar free drinks

Hi!

On all of the mad diets I have tried over the years I've been told to avoid Diet Coke etc. because the sweeteners can affect blood sugar / insulin levels and also make you hungrier. I automatically cut them out when I started MJ 10 days ago.

As I sat guiltily sipping a DC at the pub yesterday and telling myself it was better than a pint of lager (which it is OFC)- I thought about it, and - doesn't the MJ take care of this for you?

Can I drink DC without worrying?
