Found this outside my complex. I know what they meant… but “you won’t be a pet owner much longer” is a wild way to phrase it. 😂

Edit- yes I know it’s serious- which is why I took a photo for proof and emailed it already. I know this person is unhinged and was shocked by the wording, thank you for everyone’s concern :)
Some of you are so mad over my laugh emoji. I was merely saying it’s insane they would write that over some dog poop and I reported them. Maybe lighten up a bit because I did the right thing
