Hi, new Mercor contractor here. I was assigned on a project last week for the first time. Shows 80h/week on insightful but when I try to run the time it says ‘you can’t log time for the moment, time limit is reached’. I didn’t even started working. Any similar experience? The support team/Mercor AI assistant only responded once for my request that they have escalated it to the project team but no update from them for a few days already.
