Як тільки з’явилася ця картка — зареєстрував її в Україні (я українець), пройшов верифікацію, все працювало нормально. На біржі було кілька сотень доларів — з картки витрачав без проблем.

Потім через кілька місяців прийшло повідомлення, що картку потрібно перевипустити, ну то й перевипустив у додатку, адже це віртуальна картка.

І ось зараз прийшов лист:

Але що дивно, у додатку та на сайті картка, як і раніше, доступна й не заблокована.

Питання: що взагалі відбувається з ByBit Card в Україні? У всіх джерелах, які я читав, зазначено, що картка офіційно недоступна в Україні, але навіть зараз її можна замовити (друг сьогодні відкрив без проблем). Наскільки надійно її використовувати, якщо зберігати на ній гроші саме у фіатній валюті, а не в криптовалюті?

I purchased a Codex Business subscription. At the time of purchase, this subscription included 5-hour and weekly usage limits for the Codex App. This worked for one week, and then Codex simply removed all of these 5-hour and weekly limits, even though the subscription has been paid for. There are absolutely no limits at all, not even the monthly ones included in the free plan.

Technical support claims that they are transitioning users to an on-usage token system and that all limits in the subscription have been removed, even though the subscription hasn’t expired, and they didn’t warn me about this either at the time of purchase or afterward. They simply suggest topping up my account and paying for tokens separately from the subscription; otherwise, I won’t be able to use the app. They won’t explain what the point of the business subscription I purchased is. They refuse to issue a refund.

Right now, my business subscription is active, but I can’t use Codex at all, not even under the free plan.

This looks like a scam—has anyone else encountered this situation?
