Need some advice on switching the field or doing anything related to bme so degree isnt wasted.
I graduated in 2024 in biomedical engineering and did a 6 months internship at hospital , after that im in the middleast since 2025 nov till now i cant find any job literally not even one . So far 4 interviews out of that one guy gave me a reality check saying "i feel like you're not at all interested in this field is what he got from the interview but i was brutally honest in the interview" is what the interviewer said. I was pushed into this course to be honest , i really like IT but during my bachelors program i got to know c programing and matlab was not my thing and the internship made me understand that hospital BME is as same as 24 hrs manual labour , getting calls at 3 am and 2am it was a mess . Idk what to do no more im almost 25 im lost , if anyone have any type of advice it would be helpful, i can move to other countries ( or try to ) but first i need to sort out weather i need to proceed with IT doing some small 1 mnth or few weeks courses while doing some other jobs preferably a backend work but who would hire me in this case , applied for assistant HR jobs , sales , logistics , billing bro literally no replies from anyone . So if there is any advice or any tip on what should i do it would be soo helpful im so lost .
