I have been on the lightphone for about a month now. I have really enjoyed my experience, and not having the addictive apps at your fingertips has been a welcome (sometimes challenging) change.

My one issue is group messages and this whole RCS issue. I know it is out of lightphones control. I also know that some people talk about this magical 30 day time frame where it starts working. I have not had that experience yet. So many of my social circles use group messaging for planning meet ups etc. It has been a huge challenge to not have it.

Have people who previously switched from an iphone, turned off imessage and RCS, had any luck with being able to receive group messages over time? I am patiently waiting...
