The network is working properly. Everything was fine. I sorted up cable issues. Then I bumped the power off and on real quick and the controller never connected to the cloud again. It still had my subnet address and I was unable to reset the account or delete the user or anything on the cloud . I went through all troubleshooting steps in different methods of powering it on and resetting it. It just wouldn’t connect and it was hopping on and off of the app. It was unstable. I even tried different cables. Hopefully it’s just a bad piece of equipment. Please let me know.
