I haven't modified anything on the board yet. I've cleared cmos and jumped 2&3 a bunch of times for extended periods of time. I'm using a meanwell lrs-350-12 to power board, board is jumped for autopower on pins 1&2 and board is receiving 12v at the correct pins on pcie 6+2. The board doesn't power automatically, after waiting a couple minutes I ground one finger to the heatsink and one finger to the top (positive) of button cell battery to power board. Upon "powering" board, the led by rj45 port is solid red and no green led and no video out using a dp to hdmi cable... do I have a bad board and/or bad bios?

In the 'gathering ingredients' phase of this build recipe. Curious to know if anyone tried running either ps5 emulators and for that matter if one were a highly optimized emulator could it run smoothly?
