When they need someone imposing or ugly for a movie or series, how do they justify that choice to the person without hurting their feelings?

Imagine you're shooting a comedy, for example, and you need an ugly guy for a scene; you find one and hire him, but how do you tell him why he was chosen ? 🥺

Why do I get the feeling that something subtle has changed in people since 2020 ? Is it down to TikTok and the lockdown ?

When I look at people out there, I get the impression that they are cold, hypocritical, and narcissistic, and that the world has really changed socially since that infamous year, 2020. And it’s not just that people are addicted to their phones or more tired—it’s something far more subtle than that... 😔
