Hello, I want advice regarding my wife and daughter J2 visa rejection.

My J1 got approved. I visited the US last year on B1 and this year got matched.

I applied for a family appointment in Pakistan. They accepted my J1 but rejected my wife's and daughter's J2 on the basis of weak home ties.

Wife: Homemaker, married for 2 years, no travel history.

Daughter: 1.5 years old.

They asked me regarding her job, and I replied she is a homemaker. And then asked that we are related, to which I replied distant cousins.

They didn't ask anything from her.

After that they said that her visa cannot be accepted at this time, and handed me the yellow slip for her.

Any advice on what to do now?
