Hello we had a RICS Level 3 survey on our property we want to buy which is a Laing Easiform property. It identified corrosion to the reinforced concrete. We’re considering a structural survey (£480 + VAT), but limited opening-up of the render may cost extra. Is the structural survey worth it?
