Cocoline 2 Month Post Op

Just wanted to give a quick 2 month post-op rhinoplasty update since I spent sooo much time reading these before surgery lol.

This procedure was part of a promotion/collab, but all opinions are completely my own and I wanted to give an honest update on my experience so far.

Overall, recovery has honestly been way easier than I expected. Bruising and pain were minimal for me, and most of the swelling has definitely gone down compared to the first few weeks. That being said, I still have days where my nose gets SUPER swollen and looks completely different depending on the day/time, especially in the mornings or after eating salty foods. The swelling fluctuation is very real.

One thing I still notice is stiffness when I smile. My nose/upper lip area still feels tight, and sometimes my smile looks a little stiff or unnatural to me. I’m hoping that improves as healing continues because I know I’m still very early in the process.

Aesthetically, I do think my result may have ended up a little more natural/subtle than I originally imagined. I go back and forth on it because some days I love how soft and natural it looks, and other days I wish there was a tiny bit more change/definition. My favorite part is my side profile now that makes me look more feminine. My nose bridge is also much more defined now. But I also know final results can take many more months, especially with swelling.

One thing I do wish was a little better was post-op communication/follow-up. I personally would’ve appreciated the surgeon/clinic checking in a bit more throughout recovery to ask how healing was going or how I was feeling post-op. Recovery has still been smooth overall, but I think that extra reassurance and communication would’ve made the experience feel even more supportive.

Overall though, recovery itself has been manageable, and I’m trying to trust the process and be patient with healing. Curious if anyone else still had stiffness/swelling at 2 months and when it started getting better for you guys?
