Does everyone else have the delay after swiping home on their phone with a custom launcher?
Do any windows phone launchers avoided the full 3+ second delay before your taps will trigger after swiping home using a 3rd party custom launcher? The default how screen on Samsung doesn't have this problem but all other launchers do.
