How do I fix this figure? (HAZ003-AB Gohan)

I got the little hair piece stuck on the neck peg and it’s not coming out, I also doubt it will be able to fit back into the hair itself. It’s supposed to be attached like in the third image. Can anyone help?

All my slayer chips got removed?

I remember having saved up around 70, I was really close to getting the daily spin card and then I just didnt Play the game for a week. When I log back in, I’ve lost all my slayer chips
