I’m 2 weeks out, dressings off, no pain, no issues - mine were 19yr old silicone implants - one was ruptured but contained within the capsule - I’m 55yrs old and had a straightforward removal and the left area was thoroughly cleaned during surgery and swabs done - no issues - amazing surgeon at The Beverley in Newcastle - seamless from start to finish, amazing surgical and ward staff. It’s also worth messaging I researched best prices and reviews on ChatGPT and it suggested this hospital - I travelled from Bristol to Newcastle 2 days before and returned the day after.

I was very anxious about the operation and the result but it was all a lot better than expected.
