Is Yerdan Insanely overtuned this patch?
So I had a very lucky run, with basically the best possible burn build on dragons. Not a single PC put up much of a fight I stomped em all. I'm curious if this build would have don well in day 12-14...
But my real question is... Yerdan stomped me so hard that I didn't even get 1 xp. Yes he is a shield NPC, but I fought plenty of shield based PCs along the way and this build crushed them.
Is he way overtuned? Or is there something I'm not understanding about when to take on the harder NPCs. I pretty much always go to them if My build feels very strong.
Also Veteran Octopus beat me very badly too, only 1 xp.
PS> I thought the fiery spraycan into rings x4 was pretty inventive. Never used those two items before
May I use your images?
Dear Community,
I have designed a card game; it's designed to be fast and fun to play, and to simulate a DND campaign from levels 1-10, including character creation. I'm wondering if its appropriate to use the art that people have created on this thread for a prototype deck.
I am a very long way away from making something that can be sold, perhaps 1-2 years. And this business is not an easy one to become successful in, so there is a chance this will never be sold, but its super fun to design.
To be clear this if for the protype only. If ever get past the playtesting and design, and find a publisher (likely a smaller indie publisher), my current plan is to hire an AI artist from this reddit community to make all the images so that the design is consistant.
I recognize that AI art is controversial in the DND community, and I'm hoping to find people who are more receptive to my ideas.
Is it weird when men play female characters?
I would like honest answers to this question. I'm semi retired and over the past 6 months I've taken up TTRPGs as my main hobby. I play 3-4 games perweek, all online.
Im thinking of playing a female character for a change of pace, but I also think its a bit weird when other men do that. Thoughts?
