Hi everyone! I am remodeling my bathroom and could really use your expert eyes and ideas. The total area is 4.01 sqm.

To clarify the blueprint:
* The 0.85m opening at the bottom left is the entrance door.
* The thick wall structure on the middle-left is a service/utility shaft (the toilet is drawn right against it).
* The bottom wall width is 1.50m.

I need to fit a shower cabin, a toilet, a sink, and a washing machine in this space. I am having a hard time visualizing how to arrange everything without making the room feel too cramped or breaking the flow.

Could anyone help me with a quick 3D visualization, sketch, or layout advice? I would love to see how you would organize this space efficiently. Thank you so much in advance!
