What's it like living just south of Ithaca, NY in areas like Newfield, Danby, or Brooktondale? Are there any long term rentals there, either house or apartments? Would it be difficult for a student to get to Cornell from Newfield? Thanks!
Hey folks! Is there a housing rental market in Newfield / Danby / Brooktondale areas? Basically just south of Ithaca. Not airbnb, but legit apartments or houses to rent. Does this area need more permanent rentals? If you rent in those areas and feel comfortable sharing: What do you rent? How much per month? Are utilities included or do you pay those yourself?
