Hi there,

I was involved in an auto accident earlier this year. Thought everything was good and case closed.

Today I got a small claims court document for the damages from the other party. I reached out to my insurance company and my medical rep advised that they closed the claim due to lack of interest, because they could not get hold of the other party.

I have reached out my specific claim agent that handled this portion of the claim but I probably won't hear back until next week. Just wanted to know if you all had an idea on what my options are here and if my insurance company will take care of it.

Geico and I had full coverage.
