Hi! I am transferring to UCSB for Econ and accounting major. I was wondering if there is any community other than the clubs for especially transfer accounting student to kinda exchange information, create study groups, etc.
I just joined the UAS a couple and wanted to know if that’s even good enough for now.
I’m also an international student and new user here on Reddit so any advice is greatly appreciated!

Incoming transfer here. I requested a double in SM and SJ, but got assigned a triple in SY which wasn’t even on my preference rankings.
UCSB’s website says “almost all” Undergraduate Apartment rooms are doubles, but Housing told me doubles are “extremely limited.”
Does anyone know how they actually decide who gets doubles vs. triples?
Did any other transfers who requested a double get a triple?
