Do you believe in God?
i really don't believe that there's a god just like how people define it. he may just be a coping mechanism for ancient people and a fantasy to define a 'god' all-powerful, all-loving, all-forgiving as they couldn't help but seek comfort despite all the contradictions with the definitions.
for u to graduate? land in a beautiful job? for u to get promoted? all god's plan? idk it sounds more like the outcomes of the decisions u made and pathways you took and the continuous movements of the informations, people, and the systems that surround you.
and most importantly, i do not believe in a god that created a book that sounds and promotes misogynistic 'truths', 'commandments', and 'do's and don't's'. i personally and firmly believe that the bible they proudly share is a notably effective propaganda to push patriarchy in the system which they successfully did. a book made by men to have people under their jurisdiction and control through a book that feeds fantasy and comfort with the aloneness and sorrows people feel that keeps them from using logical and critical thinking. In short, GOD or RELIGION or the BIBLE is a form of COPING MECHANISM, COMFORT, PATRIARCHAL PROPAGANDA, and a MISOGYNISTIC BOOK AND SYSTEM THAT OPPOSES WOMEN. convince me not. + it could just be you talking to yourself whenever you pray.
