Hello,

My boyfriend is an American dual citizen and we are both from a country that is on the ban list. We’ve been talking about marriage and that’s how I found out about the ban and that it’s nearly impossible for us to do a spousal visa thing.

I really don’t know much about it and I’m asking desperately if there’s anything that can be done? Or if the ban could possibly be lifted in the next year or so?

Without marriage we would simply have to breakup as there’s no future for our relationship

I appreciate any advice or help
