that's what this is. we're all suffering additional weekly limits right now.
Until today, 20x pro has always had a 5-to-1 ratio on 5hr-to-weekly usage.
5% of a given 5hr quota consumes 1% of a weekly quota.
After the fix, it ticked down to 99% at 97% 5hr. My first thought was some kind of rounding error because of the reset, but then at 93% 5hr it ticked down to 98% weekly.
If it were a rounding error, it should've made it to 92% before ticking down to 98%. Or just.. 90%, like it normally does. but it ticked at 93%. So it's either 3.5:1 ratio (explaining 97 and 93%), or the first tick was a rounding error, then the next tick 4% later, in which case it's still a 1/5 reduction

It seems the fix for increased consumption of quotas was to lower them 20-30%
