Are there any Local 1 (NYC) workers? If so what is the B division and how different is it from the A Div?

Based in NYC ready to learn and work, I have previous hands on trade work doing maintenance with electrical wiring, and pipe troubleshooting.

I’m getting my Osha 30/SST, would that be enough?
