US buyers: How are you managing to buy Meow Studio drops from Lockerr?
Hey everyone,
I’m a designer toy collector based in the US, and I’ve been trying to figure out how to safely secure some of the Meow Studio figure drops.
From what I can tell, their main storefront is hosted on Lockerr, but Lockerr explicitly states they don't ship outside of Asia. On top of the shipping restriction, I'm worried about whether the site will even accept an international US credit card or PayPal at checkout, especially since some of these items look like community/club exclusives.
For any US-based buyers who have successfully ordered Meow Studio figures through Lockerr: How are you doing it?
Are you using a specific shipping forwarder (like Buyandship) that provides a local warehouse address? If so, does Lockerr accept US cards?
Or are you relying on a proxy buying service/personal proxy to handle the purchase entirely?
Would love any recommendations or step-by-step advice you can share on how to navigate the site and get things safely over to the States without getting my order canceled. Thanks in advance!
