Our realm is currently infected with two players who continuously sexually harass high ranked female players. They are called derogatory names in both public and private messages. They have been reported over and over again, yet nothing is done. I have seen people banned for less. Sending a ticket just results in a looped conversation with bots. Did something change with the last update? It's getting beyond ridiculous at this point and the game feels unsafe to many of these players. It's unacceptable what is happening but reporting by multiple players does absolutely nothing. Can anyone advise?
