I’m a former employee (worked there 3 years ago). There was a HUGE push then for selling the membership. Now, I see that the premium members don’t even get triple stamp days anymore?? It was already difficult to push the membership then, but truly, what is the point of it now beside the 10% off?? Do customers complain?? Corporate greed and management was the reason I quit.
