Hey I'm moving to Jaipur next month and I'm looking for a flat near Jawahar circle for my job at Futures First... If anyone has any broker contact or and good leads for flat 1BHK or 2BHK near by that area please do message

Basic things I’m looking for:

• AC in the bedroom (non-negotiable in Jaipur heat 😅)
• washing machine (would be great to have)
• TV (needed)
• decent WiFi setup / connectivity
• overall a clean, livable setup since I’ll be staying alone

I’m open to:

• a fully furnished 1BHK (preferred if it’s well-maintained), or (12-14K)
• a 2BHK with a flatmate (if anyone’s looking / has a lead) (around 20K)
