I am a male, taking the Master Bedroom, and the flat is open to anyone regardless of gender. The Common Room and the Hall (converted into a private living space) are up for grabs.

Master Bedroom: 18,000 (Occupied by me - Male)
Common Room: 15,750 (Available) – Perfect for someone who wants a proper, enclosed room with a shared bathroom.
Hall (Private space): 11,250 (Available) – A great budget option for someone okay with using partitions/curtains for privacy.

🤝 About the Household & Bills:
