So I played on RichSweeps social casino and won about 13k on slots. I should have read the reviews before playing. Seeing that many people have had issues getting redemptions processed. I've been getting the runaround for 4 days and my redemptions are marked as "failed".

Does anybody have any success stories or recommendations to get this redemption to be processed? I have been unbelievably frustrated about this. I thought I finally made back all of my losses, only to get screwed in the end. Prepared to take legal action if needed.
