Flairs have been added
If you care enough, a added 1 more rule, 1 emoji (it needs to be 128×128 to upload i'm too lazy to do that like 30 times i'll do it later), i changed a bit more subtle stuff

About flairs
Editable flairs allows "Early Nori Main" to feel like an exclusive club so the ones here from the start will have it and the rest won't, but it limits creativity
Fixed flairs keeps Early Nori main exculsive BUT reduces creativity, if this is chosen i will ask what flairs i should add for it
