What is the connection here? My theory is both were massive in scale and had culture change and grow to accommodate them. So when they reached adulthood, 35 years later, they didn't want that to change

Does anyone know what kind of wood this is (oak, maple, etc.)? We got some pretty gnarly scratches (outlined in red) in the floor today and I'm trying to figure out the best way to repair them without having to sand everything down. Any ideas would be so appreciated!

I live in NYC and make weekly journals of what I call ephemera, street stickers, funny flyers, and now that pot is legal here, lots of funny weed bags. My wife just thinks it's garbage. So what is this groups opinion? When does trash become something that is kept for its own sake?
