I did a solo trip to Tanga for the first time over Easter and spent two days over there. I didn't have a great experience as such but probably its due to not having a local friend to show me around the interesting places. I'd like to redo the trip and maybe get an authentic Tanga experience and venture further from Tanga town too. Between Pangani and Lushoto which would be the better choice to visit?
