Failed the American Dream I guess

International student here. Cut from BCG with no interview and am not hearing back from Bain and therefore not confident with McKinsey. Really wanted to pursue something in the States but failed all banking and consulting gigs even with multiple final rounds although I got good feedback from my mock interviewers and actual interviewers.

Not giving up, I did an internship in one of Bain's international offices and worked my ass off for multiple 4 AMs and got a really good rec letter from a partner there for the FT program in the US. Yet, I'm not even hearing back from my R1 results when others in the same office are. Really discouraging when I felt good about the interview and active consultants said my mock cases were very solid.

The only firms left for me as a visa student are a few small economic consulting firms and McKinsey which at this stage I don't even feel confident about. I really don't want to go to MBA considering how costly they are and how old I'll be (FYI I'm from Singapore and am already 3 years older than my peers due to military service). Even the same firms in Asia prioritize domestic targets than me so I literally feel so ambushed. How would you guys approach my shoes? Literally regret my life choices from high school and feel like I wasted time grinding SATs just to see my parents argue over high tuition spent in this economy with no fruits.

Using different email addresses for different countries but same firm

I want to do this where I have work authorization for both countries and speak both languages at native level. Will they find out if I do?
