US-based LCSW treating abroad (UK)
I'm a US-based LCSW, and my client is leaving for grad school in the UK, but not staying permanently. From what I can see, I CAN continue to see her as long as I update my paperwork with her that any disputes or claims must only be brought in US courts...anyone else see an issue with this? My insurance says they only cover US claims. Ofc I'll also be updating the treatment plan/crisis and safety planning... THANKS
