Just declined this trade, should I have accepted? (Check body)

Someone traded me to offer for my peppermint penguin and added these. I use AMVGG, and saw it was a small win in value, plus I really like alley cats. But I'm planning to save both my pepps for Christmas when they'll inevitably rise again, in hopes of getting a better offer. Did I mess up?
