Bilibili has just launched its international app globally. Currently it's only available on Android, but it will also be coming to iOS soon.

All accounts and content are shared across different versions of the app and web. This means it's now possible to watch most of the donghua produced by Bilibili that weren't available on their YouTube channel (including False Memory).

Previously you'd need to use WeChat Pay / Alipay in China to purchase a membership, but since the accounts are shared that's no longer necessary
