Could jacks be replaced to allow normaling?

I have a Mosaic 1u VCA that I wish had normaled cv inputs and mixed both channels together into the 2nd one if the 1st output is unpatched. Is it just a matter of replacing the jacks with ones that will break a connection when patched, and then bridging the signal somewhere?

3D printed some cool shells for. Some passive modules

Top is half a Meng Qi DPLPG (the other half is used elsewhere), and the bottom is a passive mult that can be screwed on top of other modules in the rack.

Here's a link to the STL file.

String Thing and Fieldagene 2026.05.10

Running my string thing through a whole bunch of loopers, delays, and reverb. It's glorious.

I love using the Landscape.FM All Flesh to make my rack more playable. Still trying to figure out ways to make it a bit more interactive and playable. I'll be rebuilding the case, and maybe adding a 1u row, or a bit of extra 3u HP, but we'll see.

Here's the rack if you're interested - https://modulargrid.net/e/racks/view/3127122
