How to deal with office cases in ccs. It says patient wants to go home. Can we send them home? Will it stop giving me results do we reschedule

Hi

I am a breastfeeding mom to a 6 months old who nurses to sleep. I am planning to give my step 3 exam and asking for test accomodations. I have no clue how to go about it. Will the test center give me a space to feed the baby and let her sleep for an hour or so. Or cab u go to feed her to a nearby place. Also how long are the days. Please help
