I met the folks from Lure cigars at PCA 2025 and I’m just getting to this stick now, I like the aroma, the pull is a bit tough not bad but not great all in all I wish I had more of these. Anyone here have them or know of them?
Hi I’m new to this Fortis forum, I’m not a pilot just an elevator mechanic, I bought this watch back in 2013 at a sample sale in NYC as a damage goods, at the time I didn’t know anything about the brand but when I saw it sitting there on the counter I asked the lady to let me see it. At the time I didn’t find anything wrong with it so I bought it thinking someone made a mistake. Fast forward six months the strap broke and instead of buying any strap that could fit, I went into research mode and bought the same strap it came with from the site and soon realized there’s a lug screw that broke off hence the damage goods when I bought it after some years of enjoying the watch the crown broke and i couldn’t find it anywhere so I took it to a Kay jeweler and after sending the watch to their “guys” they told me the can’t do anything for me and it would cost me about $700 to fix. So I went of for years not letting the watch stop and during day light savings I had to remember I could ad just the time. I found some watch pop up at a mall and the guy told me he can fix it but it will take a week to get the part, I picked up the watch and is not the original crown needless to say a waste of time so now I’m hunting down original parts but they are hard to find…..if someone here knows where I can find parts please help I love my watch and this thing is a tank I will not give up on it.
